XAMPP Apache Error (NET HELPMSG 3547 + could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80)

Today I stress once when turned on the laptop and can not access localhost. I use all-in-one tool (XAMPP) consists of apache, mysql, etc. in Windows XP. In the XAMPP control panel, stop apache, do not want to walk, despite being installed as a service to run automatically when booting. Then I tried to enable Apache through DOS, (write this command at a command prompt, C: \ xampp \ apache \ bin> apache-t, depending on the location of your XAMPP), but to no avail and came out an error message “HELPMSG NET 3547“. The second attempt, I tried with the following command “C: \ xampp \ apache \ bin> httpd.exe“, but it did not work and produced an error message:

“(OS 10048) Only one usage of each socket address (protocol / network address / port)
is normally permitted. : Make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs “

XAMPP Apache Error (NET HELPMSG 3547 + could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80)

From the message, see that Apache can not connect to port 80! After searching on Google, I finally found the answer. It turned out that Skype has to use port 80 and occurs with Apache crashes. Sanagat solution is easy, non-activate Skype first, start the Apache service, and run Skype again. Now everything will go smoothly :) Have a nice day.
